I am an entrepreneur, author, speaker and modern day digital storyteller. After years of building global talent acquisition and employer branding teams for Fortune 500 through start-ups I founded SPLICE, a creative employer branding agency.

I graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Marketing, and currently live in Atlanta, GA with my family .
