As the Senior Vice President and Director of Athletics at Jacksonville University, Ricker-Gilbert oversees the athletics department of this private university located on Jacksonville's northeast side. Founded in 1934, Jacksonville University boasts a beautiful 240-acre riverfront campus with over 100 majors, minors, and student programs. The university's athletic teams, known as "the Dolphins," compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and participate in the ASUN Conference and Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC).
