Alex Sapir is a prominent real estate developer, investor, and the President and CEO of The Sapir Organization, a firm founded by his late father, Tamir Sapir. Under Alex's leadership, the company has overseen more than $7 billion in portfolio assets, encompassing a diverse range of projects across commercial office, residential condominium, multi-family, and hospitality sectors.

One of Alex's most notable achievements includes the repositioning and subsequent sale of 11 Madison Avenue, a 2.3 million square foot building in Manhattan. Originally purchased by his father for $675 million, Alex transformed the property by attracting major tenants such as Sony, William Morris Endeavor, and Yelp. In 2015, he orchestrated its sale to SL Green for $2.6 billion, marking the largest individual building sale in U.S. history.

In 2014, Alex acquired Sapir Corp Ltd, a public enterprise focused on ground-up development and value-add opportunities. As Chairman of the Board, he oversees over 1.7 million square feet of real estate, including projects like Arte Surfside, the NoMo Soho Hotel, and Miami 18.
