Alex Siordian is currently a Senior at Arizona State University in the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication pursuing a career in radio broadcasting. He began his career as an intern for the "Johnjay and Rich Morning Show" on KZZP 104.7 KISS FM. From there, he kept his love for radio alive by producing his own show Saturday mornings on the campus radio station 1330 AM The Blaze. Soon after, he landed another internship with KZZP 104.7 KISS FM working in programming and promotions pitching ideas for marketing campaigns, music meetings and mentored directly from on-air talent as well as the programming department. From there, Alex quickly learned and was given his first opportunity to work for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment as a Remote Technician driving the van and setting up events representing KISS and their sales partners. Taking his skills to the next level, he also began to looking into television, where he became the producer for the Cronkite Newswatch student run news show aired on the local PBS station where he produced every Monday for an average of 1 million homes watching. Currently, Alex is now working directly with the marketing manager for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment in Phoenix helping with live event coordination, promotions and still maintaining his original job of remote technician. All while being at the top of his class with a 3.8 cumulative GPA.
