Alex Stevens joined the Dour Festival team in 2000 as a student, and was taken on full-time as Music Programmer and Communications Manager in 2005. In 2011, he was named among the ILMC New Bosses Award's ten young people to watch in the music industry. Now Head of Programming, he won the 2012 Last.Fm prize for Best European Festival for Launching New Talent into the Industry.
