Alex Teachey

NSF Graduate Research Fellow in astronomy studying at Columbia University. My work focuses on the search for moons orbiting extrasolar planets. I'm a former research intern in the Astrophysics Department at the American Museum of Natural History and also at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory in New Mexico. Past research has focused on characterizing giant molecular clouds in the Milky Way using radio, near-infrared and gamma-ray data.
