Dr. Alexander Yu
I'm a Chiropractor and a fitness enthusiast. My first foray into fitness began when I practiced martial arts at the age of 14 followed by weight training at the age of 16. Since then, I've also added hot yoga, weight training and a myriad of outdoor sports to my repertoire.
I am also a big time foodie and I love trying new recipes, mixing and matching my 3 favourite styles of cuisine: Asian, Mexican and Italian.
I call on all of these experiences, knowledge and training to show people hands-on what it means to live a fit and active lifestyle.
