  • He was the FORMULATOR OF THE STRATEGIC PON PROJECTS (RFP) for Sicily, Apulia and Campania regions.
  • He is co-author of many scientific books concerning food chemistry, oils and olives.
  • He was the GENERAL COORDINATOR OF STRATEGIC RESEARCH PROJECTS.
