Tech Entrepreneur and Air Force Veteran Alfonzo Brooks was born in Tampa, Florida. In the military, he managed and operated aerospace control & warning systems and conducted mission planning.

Between his studies at St. Petersburg College where he earned his degree, Brooks purchased two of Forbes's Top 100 fastest-growing franchises. He used his cultivated skills from the military in management and strategy, and natural strengths in leadership to run the coupled businesses.

Alfonzo evolved as an individual and businessman, he decided to focus his efforts on impact and ownership. He teamed up with long time friend, Fred Hutson, and co-founded Pigeonly, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pigeonly is a tech company that offers easy-to-use inmate communication services and contraband elimination software to some of the largest state Department of Corrections. Pigeonly’s team collects and organizes criminal justice data, transforming it into usable information that benefits both inmates and society.
