With over 25 years of technical roles in the telecommunications industry, Alfredo is recognized as a deep industry expert, both within IBM and among telecom clients, analysts, and partners. Specializing in cloud-based networking and 5G edge strategy and solutions, he has led complex BSS/OSS modernization programs and large-scale B2B transformation journeys for major global communications service providers.

After serving as Global Client Technical Leader at a UK-based telecom giant, acting as CTO, he now serves as Chief Architect for a Tier-1 European operator.

His career includes key technical positions at IBM, Vodafone Italy, Red Hat, and Software AG, delivering cutting-edge solutions that continue to shape the future of connectivity.
