Alfred Patterson

I am an entrepreneur, asphalt paving contractor, and business owner based in Raymond, New Hampshire, with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout my career, I have built my reputation on hard work, reliability, integrity, and a commitment to delivering quality results. My experience includes commercial asphalt paving, parking lot construction, sealcoating, excavation, demolition, site development, project management, and business operations.

I have worked in nearly every aspect of the paving and construction industry, from labor and equipment operation to estimating, sales, project management, and company ownership. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully complete projects while building strong relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.

The values that guide me today were shaped by my upbringing and by my father, who was my mentor, coach, employer, and closest friend. He taught me the importance of loyalty, personal responsibility, perseverance, and always keeping my word.

Outside of work, I am a devoted husband and father of four. My faith and family are the foundation of my life and success. I am passionate about mentoring younger workers, supporting local churches and community causes, and helping others grow both personally and professionally. I believe true success is measured by the impact we have on others, the relationships we build, and the legacy we leave behind.
