The nationally recognized commercial driver license training institution was established in 1963. Albert “Al” Hanley III’s school offers employment and vocational training to those seeking careers in the ground transportation industry. He emphasizes an innovative approach to education, with programs ranging from those that only require a few hours to complete to certificate and diploma programs lasting weeks.

In 2012, Mr. Hanley oversaw creation of the firm’s Troops Into Transportation (T2T) military hiring initiative. The program enables veterans and transitioning service members to seamlessly achieve transportation industry employment. Coordinating with the federal government, T2T has emerged as a leading national conduit for veterans in gaining transportation employment opportunities, while in turn addressing a perennial shortage of qualified truck drivers.

In November 2019, Mr. Hanley earned finalist selection for an award administered through the Hiring Our Heroes Initiative of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. The Colonel Michael Endres Leadership Award for Individual Excellence in Veteran Employment acknowledges those who make a significant difference when it comes to enabling those who served their country to achieve positive career transitions. Away from work, Al Hanley III is an avid golfer who enjoys a variety of outdoor activities in his free time.
