By day, I'm a primary care internist at the Yale School of Medicine and the VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
Otherwise, I spend my time pondering medicine, leadership and public service. My real passion, however, involves translating those musings into action. On the national level, I've helped lead Doctors for America, Physicians for Human Rights, the American College of Physicians and Sigma Beta Rho Fraternity, Inc. Locally, however, is where my passions lie - I tend to stir up trouble wherever I can.
Stories - and story-telling - have long played a major role in my life, from my days as a print journalist to my current work in medicine and public leadership. I'd love to hear yours. Let's get started.
