I was nine when I climbed Siri Pade.
8,000 feet. Mist in the air. My legs were on fire.
Every step felt like a small battle.
But I kept going - one breath, one foot, one quiet promise to myself: don’t quit.

I didn’t know it then, but that mountain gave me more than a memory.
It gave me a mindset.

Today, I lead HR, Admin & Corporate Affairs at BBM.
And while I’m not climbing rock and stone anymore, the mountains haven’t gone away.
They just look different now.

Deadlines that loom like cliffs.
People problems with no map.
Bold decisions that make your stomach drop - like looking down from the edge.

But here’s what hasn’t changed:
I still move forward the same way.
Step by step. With grit, with heart, and with people beside me.

I love the messy middle.
Where teams are uncertain. Ideas are raw.
And growth isn’t guaranteed - but you go for it anyway.
