I love working with information and finding out why and how things happen. I've been dedicated to researching customer experience for six years and my job is to find out what people think and feel about the services they receive and tell organisations how they can improve.
I'm currently exploring how my research and investigative skills could apply in human factors and UX, looking at how people behave in an interactive setting with tools and applications.
