I became a dietitian because I love food. I grew up thin and healthy but started having weight problems as an adult. I can relate to many of my clients with weight problems because of my struggle with obesity and weight loss. I am also a working mother of two small children and have learned first hand about implementing healthy nutrition in my family's life. I understand the struggles that go along with budgets, food availability, creativity, time, and knowledge. My strategy is to implement many small changes that will lead to a greater overall difference.
