I’m currently based in Southampton, but I also have bases in East London.

Over the years, I have had a variety of jobs for clients, including filming and editing charity videos and educational resources.

I have also been an active player in creating media content for a variety of festivals. I was the media and video producer as NASS festival in both 2016 and 2017, the sole BBC runner for Glastonbury TV and Solent Productions at Glastonbury 2017, and Main Stage Photographer at Bestival 2017.

I have also had a variety of producing jobs; other than NASS, I organised the media teams at Southampton City Live, a music and arts festival in the heart of Southampton. We live broadcasted the main stage, and had news production crews and photographers throughout the day providing coverage of the event. I have also produced a weekend of news coverage for Redlands Football Tournament in Weymouth, following over 100 hours of football matches played by 6 a-side teams from ages 6 to 16, simultaneously creating a video for The Red Devils Parachute team.

I am the Assistant Manager at SonarTV, Solent’s TV Society. The society itself is known for its basketball Outside Broadcasts, music studio show A Night With, and creating news-style pieces for the university, covering events such as talks by guest lectures and the opening of new buildings. As Assistant Manager, I’m in charge of risk assessments, crewing events, commissioning ideas from members of the society, having meetings with potential clients and keeping the Facebook page up to date; helping out the Station Manager whenever necessary.

With my freelance photography, I have previously photographed a wedding, new profile and location shots for Sogeti’s new website launch, multiple gigs at music venue The Joiners, as well as photographing small projects for my own enjoyment.

In terms of skills and equipment used, I primarily film on C100’s for news projects, and on Panasonic 161’s for outside broadcasting. For photography, I can use most Panasonic or Canon DSLR’s, but I am most familiar with Panasonic Lumix G1’s or Canon 500D’s or 70D’s. For editing, I use Final Cut Pro for video work, and Photoshop and Lightroom for photography work.

I am a sociable and creative individual with the desire to work in the television industry. I am able to work individually or as part of a larger group with the confidence that I’ll come out with great results. I work extremely well under pressure and to a deadline.
