Currently an M&A Jr. Advisor at Halliburton. Previously, at Global Fund, I evaluated $200M to $800M acquisition opportunities and coordinated cross-functional execution across 10+ strategic transactions in healthcare, technology, and TMT. At Humana, I supported 13 strategic initiatives and delivered analysis supporting over $500M in aggregate M&A activity for executive and board-level decisions. Through Vaurenmont Ventures, I advised growth-stage companies on capital strategy and investor positioning, building institutional pipelines of 60+ funds across emerging energy and regulated markets.
