I’m a venture capital and strategic advisor with a background in high-velocity deal execution—combining private equity rigor with early-stage fluency. I work closely with founders, funds, and strategic partners to help shape capital strategy, structure transactions, and turn complex narratives into investor-ready conviction.

My background includes leading and supporting $200M–$1B+ transactions across M&A, SPACs, and strategic investments. While at Global Fund LLC, I served as a sponsor-embedded deal lead, driving over $3.5B in aggregate transaction value across MedTech, fintech, crypto, and luxury sectors. I’ve built term sheets, modeled scenarios, led diligence, and crafted investment committee materials under tight timelines—all while keeping alignment across stakeholders.

Today, I advise early-stage founders through Vaurenmont Ventures, helping them get capital-ready—from pitch deck and one-pager development to investor targeting and storytelling strategy. I’ve worked across verticals including PropTech, Web3, biotech, and clean energy—guiding over 10 companies and supporting a $6B IPO roadmap in emerging sectors.
