An award-winning executive with over 12 years of experience, Alicia Brockwell has made a name for herself in the fashion industry through her effective marketing skills and track record of success in merchandising and sales. Currently serving as the director of global marketing at Shasa, the women’s fashion retailer based in Vernon, California, Alicia Brockwell was tapped to create and launch the company’s new 2013 cross-platform marketing program. Her goal is to increase gross annual sales by 10 percent. Under her leadership, Shasa was successfully introduced to a new consumer demographic (U.S. females ranging from 16 to 34 years old) through aggressive social networking and celebrity/fashion product placement. Prior to her tenure as director of global marketing at Shasa, Brockwell held the same role at Dreamgirl International in Bell, California, after working as the director of business development at Lucas Design International. Earlier in her career, Brockwell acted in episodes of Law and Order and NYPD Blue. Alicia Brockwell is a graduate of Rutgers University, where she received her bachelor of arts in economics and American studies. Her hobbies include pilates, hiking, softball, golf, and roller skating.
