Alicia Ross

Alicia L. Ross has been an influence to many adult and youth learners globally. She is often noted for being a motivated mentor for both adults and youth.

Ms. Ross is a pioneer in international education for both technology and study abroad programming. In education technology she has worked as a facilitator and instructor in South Africa and in Ghana, West Africa. Moreover, Ms. Ross has planned and implemented study abroad programs for adults and youth traveling to Australia, New Zealand, France, Mexico, Taiwan, and Egypt. She was a student ambassador for People to People Student Ambassador Programs traveling to England, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Russia.

She has participated in various research projects relating to the socialization of youth. She is a co-author of an article that focused on technology in developing countries. Her current research interests is global in perspective and are in the areas of organizational leadership, education technology ‘digital divide’, and educational policy.

Ms. Ross is committed to expanding the hearts and minds of youth globally as an international educator working with schools, educational institutes, and companies to provide cross-cultural experiences for all.

Socially, she has completed a super sprint traithlon, a duathlon, and a few 5ks. She is an avid researcher of life and enjoying as much as possible. Her pursuit in her social life is being peaceful and sharing a high standard of life from within with all she meets.
