Hi! I am Alicia, an Product Designer living in Madrid, but worldwide!.

I have always known that people are the true engine of change.

Consequently, throughout my academic and professional trajectory, I have devoted my efforts to comprehending them—understanding the underlying reasons for their actions and identifying the motivating factors that drive them, among others.

Over the years this has not only been reaffirmed, it has escalated.

Today, my purpose is to conceptualize, designand improveuser experienceswith brands and products, making adiagnosis of the interactions and moments of contact between them in order to design thebest service.

In the process, I always prioritize #usabilityand the #construction of value and emotional bonds, with the ultimate goal of evolving towards innovation and more sustainable and scalable models.

My goal is, therefore, to build a strong user-centric business strategy that allows to achieve a win-win.
