Alie Livengood, Director of Agent Services,first joined Hergenrother Realty Group (HergGroup) five years ago as a Listing Manager. After serving in the role for just under a year, Alie joined the HergGroup Growth Division to help facilitate onboarding and the day to day operations. Shortly afterward, Alie was promoted to Director of Agent Services where she assists new teams and agents with onboarding, training, and systems implementation, and improvement of their current technology and it’s use.

Alie specializes in using technology as a means of leverage and has a unique understanding of how systems work together. She also works as a KW Labs Advisor masterminding with other Keller Williams Technology Experts across the country on how to improve Keller Williams technology. Before finding her niche at HergGroup, Alie worked in a variety of fields including restaurant management, social media marketing, and telecommunications.

Alie graduated early from Champlain College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting and Digital Media. Outside of the office, Alie is a wine enthusiast with a love of big and bold Italian reds. She also enjoys gardening, yoga and science fiction movies.
