Following in his father’s footsteps, and with a desire to make a difference, he began medical school in Nigeria, but soon yearned for another challenge. He elected to pursue and obtain his Electrical Engineering Diploma at SAIT Polytechnic, and thereafter, a Bachelor of Applied Systems Technology.

After graduation, Ali moved into the Information Technology sector, where he worked for several large corporations as a Network Specialist. At the same time, he gradually tried his hand in real estate. In 2000, heeded that interest and sought a formal career in the field and began a Calgary-based commercial property development company alongside his father.

An experienced CEO, Ali Ghani understands the development business and has had success in growing developments from the ground up. He saw value in acquiring projects that were in their raw and early stages and subsequently built something out of those projects before selling them.

Throughout his career, Ali has been paving his own path by investing in the Calgary property market, identifying its location as a prime market for buyers.

Outside of managing his investments, Ali Ghani enjoys staying fit and healthy. He is an avid runner and also enjoys traveling, especially to California to get a reprieve from the Canadian winters.
