I am a Grade 12 student with a focused interest in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, and Computational Systems. My academic interests lie at the intersection of engineering design, ocean technology, and computer science, particularly how modern computation enhances maritime innovation and structural systems. I have contributed to a published school research project and actively pursue independent academic development beyond the classroom. Through structured online learning, including a Yale-certified Coursera program, I have strengthened my analytical thinking, technical foundation, and ability to engage with university-level concepts. I am particularly interested in exploring how engineering principles can be applied to real-world maritime challenges, from vessel design and hydrodynamics to smart systems and automation in marine environments. My long-term goal is to pursue a degree in Marine or Naval Engineering at a leading university, while continuing to build strong interdisciplinary skills in engineering, computing, and applied research. I am currently seeking opportunities to deepen my exposure to the field through academic collaboration, projects, and mentorship.
