I’m Alija. I’m an Integrated Circuit designer currently living in Vienna, Austria. I have my eyes on cutting-edge technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation. I really love spending time in the DIY field, making and drinking coffee, reading mind-blowing literature, and traveling. I am co-founder of venture-funded start-up BeeAnd.me, which is dealing with a smart monitoring system for bees. I hold a Ph.D. in the field of integrated optoelectronics using single-photon avalanche detectors. For that work, I am awarded by the Austrian Academy of Sciences for the period 2017-2020.
