After watching a DoubleClick livestream (#WhatUpGoogle) with Jeffrey Katzenberg (CEO @DWAnimation), I've decided to instill his life mantra into mine: "Always exceed people's expectations, even by a little bit".
Doesn't matter what project/assignment I'm tasked with or challenges that come my way, my goal now is to always exceed, your expectations.
