Ali is a freelance vocalist who has been singing for many years and enjoys all genres of music, performing both in the private and corporate sector of the industry both here and overseas. Having quite a distinctive voice has opened several doors for Ali in the music industry. At present she continues to perform cover songs as lead vocalist in the “Groovejuice” trio, is the jazz/lounge lead vocalist in “Little Girl Blue” band, delivers a 60’s tribute show in “The Frock Tops” trio and performs as a backing vocalist for Della Harris's original country compositions in her own band. Inbetween performing in bands, trios and duos as a lead vocalist, backing vocalist/percussionist, she is often sought after for solo work for weddings and other special occasions having completed a television commercial to promote the AFL Grand Final. Ali can also often be found locked away in studios around Melbourne working on albums for well known artists, recording backing vocals or corporate/industry voice-overs. She's currently working in the studio of the very talented Clive Young as a backing vocalist for Della's new album. Inbetween sessions she can be found exuding copious amounts of energy fronting Corporate Bands who are currently working in and around Melbourne. Ali has enjoyed return visits to “The Grand Hyatt”, “Sofitel Grand Ballroom”, “The Palladium Room at Crown”, “Melbourne Exhibition Centre”, “Plaza Ballroom at The Regent Theatre”, “Federation Square”, “Pentridge Prison”, “South Wharf Docklands”, “The Metropol at Crown” and countless restaurants, cafes and winery’s. Highlights include performing overseas at Le Meridien in, Mauritius, The J.W Marriott in Bangkok and Phuket and the Intercontinental Resort in Fiji as well as performing to thousands during Grape Grazing season. She also performed onstage at Federation Square for the City of Melbourne for their New Years Eve Fireworks. The most memorable was being invited to perform the Australian National Anthem for the V8 Supercar Championship Series two years running and most recently as a backing vocalist for Ross Wilson at Crown Palladium. Ali feels honoured to have supported artists such as Guy Sebastian, John Stevens and Kate Ceberano.

Ali studied piano and the theory of music for over a decade but it is her mastering of vocal harmonization that has left many an impressed audience. She demonstrates an incredible feel for her work and portrays an incessant appreciation of the influence of voice and song
