I always enjoyed traveling and exploring the world. It mainly came from just being anywhere except home. I was an only child so being at home was similar to being in prison to me. After high school, I realized how tiring a teenage life can be.
I always dreamed about going to every single country and wanting to enjoy life by traveling. It first started going to Dubai for the Ismali games. It was thrilling to see such large buildings where it felt like I was at the center of the world. I enjoyed it so much that I started to look for future careers that would involve me traveling there. Ever since then, I would always go somewhere new and it would felt like a new dream everytime.
This was continuous and soon thought I would be able to visit every place in the world. Every year was always something new, but then COVID hit. It sucked, but after a while, I never knew what relaxing felt like. Never in my life did I take the time to just sit down and relax. I was always the adventurous type and would feed off of the action. Now with all the work I have to do for school and back at home, it feels good to just be in my own bed resting. Traveling is still something I enjoy, but I think it's better to appreciate the smaller things in like right now like home.
