After a decade of living and working in the NYC-area, I fell for a farmer, skipped town, and settled in Vermont, where I now use the marketing skills I acquired on Madison Avenue to advance local agriculture.

My husband is a 6th generation dairy farmer, and we live together on the family farm in Richmond, Vermont. I am the Communications Director for the Vermont Agency of Agriculture. I am also a freelance writer, with a focus on agriculture, food, and sustainability. In my freetime, I love to garden, ski, and document life on our farm at
