Having been an aviation professional since 2010, Alison Lam owns and operates AeroCare International, a cross-provincial aircraft grooming and maintenance company that offers technical manpower, interior cleaning and exterior wash services to business jets as well as commercial aircraft. For 24 years now, AeroCare has offered dedicated, reliable quality aircraft services at competitive rates, making it one of the oldest companies of its kind in both Ontario and Quebec.

Aside from her aviation career, Alison is extensively involved in politics, serving on both the Shadow Cabinet of the Green Party of Canada as the Deputy Critic for Arts, Culture and Heritage and as CEO of the Richmond Hill Federal Green Party Association. Her experience in the arts includes her current role as Secretary of Orchestra Toronto, a volunteer community orchestra that fosters education and music appreciation while supporting emerging talent, and past roles as Vice-President of Neilson Park Creative Centre, a charitable community art centre with studios and galleries , and President of Driftwood Theatre Group, Ontario’s leading outdoor touring theatre company. She is equally passionate about women's issues, with a seat on the Board of Directors of the Ladies' Golf Club of Toronto, North America’s only remaining private golf club established by women for women, and having served as Treasurer of the Women's Support Network of York Region, a sexual violence crisis centre, and President of the Canadian Association of Women Executives and Entrepreneurs, one of Canada’s most respected networking organizations for professional women.​

Alison has also published papers in French and English and spoken at conferences in Canada, the United States and Europe, including engagements for Cross-Cultural Professionals Association of Canada, Junior Achievement Canada and GenHERation. Additionally, she has given lectures at Schulich School of Business, Dalhousie University, St. Mary's University and Mount Saint Vincent University.

Alison is currently a candidate for her Master of Education at the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education, University of Toronto. With an MA from Queen’s University in French Literature, an MBA from the Kellogg-Schulich Global Executive MBA Program, and three Bachelor degrees, Alison brings a unique perspective to her career, projects and endeavours.
