Alison Mason is the founder and editorial director of BROADEN Magazine, a travel publication that features news and trends for travelers of color.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, Mason works to tell stories of underrepresented travelers and to serve as a voice for people of color in the media.

BROADEN is published quarterly and is available in digital format.

In her free time Mason enjoys visiting hot air balloon festivals, watching aviation documentaries and studying world geography.
