I work with plants, people and the land to build health, happiness and community.

I created Forest and Folk Botanicals to facilitate connection between people and the many and varied healing powers of plants.

We are a community supported herbalism project creating a medicine garden and studio shop in Milton Keynes. The shop sells a variety of refillable, zero waste and packaging free natural health and beauty products.

I have worked for World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms, Sustain: the alliance for food and farming, Low Impact Living Initiative, Plunkett Foundation and Community Action: MK.

I love to collaborate on projects so please get in touch!
