Alissa Sherry, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and writer; she formed Legal Consensus to provide forensic psychological evaluations for attorneys and the courts. Alissa Sherry holds a B.A. and Ph.D. in psychology and was a tenured research professor at the University of Texas for 12 years. Through her many years teaching, researching, and practicing psychology, Alissa Sherry has developed an expertise in many areas including psychological trauma, professional ethics, attachment, and family issues. She has provided psychological evaluations and expert testimony in many legal cases. Her science-driven forensic evaluations meet the Daubert Standard of Admissibility for court cases.
