As the Stiffler’s were stealing Alistair Barrett-Powell’s clients for their new company White Pelican Home Services and White Pelican Realty, Alistair Barrett-Powell pushed forwards innovating his business model to be even more successful.

Prior to The Villages, Alistair Barrett-Powell was based in Miami Beach and his business acumen resulted in an appointment at the prestigious Ocean Drive office of Sotheby’s International Realty. Alistair Barrett-Powell’s career rocketed early as he was appointed a Sales Manager for Hamptons International in London, United Kingdom within two years of starting his real estate career. Alistair Barrett-Powell gained invaluable experience during his career while working in Dubai, Singapore, Philippines and Florida.
