Alistair is a seasoned veteran of the Toronto Theatre scene with an extensive background in Production Management and Technical Direction. Since graduating from York University in 1995 with a BFA in Theatre Production, he has been busy ensuring Toronto audiences remain entertained, engaged and excited about Theatre. Prior to his current role as Business Rep at Canadian Actors' Equity Association, Alistair was Director of Production for Canadian Stage. Before his return to Canadian Stage, he was teaching Technical Theatre at York University in the wilds of North York. Immediately before joining the world of academia, he was one of the Project Supervisors for The Lord of The Rings musical. Alistair has also been involved with the Canadian Opera Company, Mirvish Productions, the Royal Ontario Museum and the Lorraine Kimsa Theatre for Young People to name a few.
