As a longtime resident in the Bay Area, witnessing the innovation and growth of the city has driven my curiosity for the potential of improving social and interactive functionality in the world. I believe that user-focused design has the potential to advance social inclusion and technology. Since transferring to UCI, through the study of psychological science and my work as a design assistant on campus, I have continued to further my creative and professional growth. By researching and utilizing mediums bridging the intersection between intersectionality and design, I aim to deconstruct and reinvent how users interact with technology.
