PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

July 2009 – Present: ZDH consulting-Snider and Associates - Work from home -Paralegal •Calling and discussing case details with employees that are affected by grievances filed on their behalf by their union • Drafting affidavits and other legal documents and submitting them to be filed in the case for final negotiations and settlements • Scheduling appointments with employees for case interviews and answering case related questions via phone and email.

2007 – 2009: Curves Jerusalem, Israel -Manager and Trainer• Selling gym memberships (Hebrew and English) • Managing membership accounts database to ensure payments are up to date • Customer satisfaction and general office work including inbound and outbound phone calls, filing, etc. •Training new staff how to make sales and how to use the computer software.
