Aljon Baluyut, 17 years old, about to turn 18 in 2 months. These past couple of years, Aljon dreamt about becoming a chef one day, so he decided to take small steps towards that dream of his. At age of 9, he served as a cook in a small restaurant in the Philippines. Although, this restaurant was small, it was running pretty busy for a small restaurant.

As they say experience does matter. So, Aljon has cooked for that restaurant for almost 3 years, and it gave him some experience that he would never forget. The smile of the customers as they eat what he cooked, customers enjoying his own cook, the thought of customers with those smiles planted on their faces as they enjoy and continuously devouring his cook in their mouth, boosted his confidence which convinced him to pursue cooking.
