Hello and welcome to my profile page. My name is Allan Banaez and I have worked in administration for approximately 4 years. The roles I have undertaken have involved detailed administration tasks and also PA services.In the roles I have undertaken, I have proven my ability to carry out administrative tasks and projects well. Although the tasks are similar, working for one firm is completely different to working for another. Each firm operates differently and as an administrator you have to be able to quickly adapt to your working environment and be able to change the way you work as new procedures are introduced. A flexible approach is very important
Being able to multi-task and priorities your work is also important. Again, these are skills that over time I have acquired and manage well.
I am not the type to cut corners! Every job I undertake, I do to the best of my ability. I believe in quality and accuracy. I pride myself on the work that I produce as I want my clients to be happy with the services I provide and know that I am their one-stop shop for all their administrative needs.
I believe that superior customer service begins with listening to your clients' wants, needs, concerns and ideas.
I will take the initiative to learn about your product/service or whatever it is that is important to you.
