Allan Caplan

Allan H. Caplan has been at the forefront of Minnesota criminal law for over 35 years. A former Hennepin County prosecutor, he draws from his experience on the “other side” to effectively advocate for clients charged with all crimes. Mr. Caplan has received numerous awards and honors, including his selection as Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine’s 2010 Attorney of Year. Attorney Caplan frequently handles criminal cases involving DWI/DUI, sex crimes, and Title IX defense.
