A graduate of Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, Allan L. Pashcow received a bachelor of business administration in finance and accounting before earning his designation as a certified property manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago. In 1988, he joined Town Realty Co. LLC, where he currently oversees more than 1,200 rental apartment units on Long Island. As managing partner with the firm, Allan L. Pashcow also oversees a team of property managers, participates in negotiations, and helps create the firm’s budget.
Mr. Pashcow serves as a member of the boards of various charitable organizations, including the Joe Namath Foundation, which supports numerous children's charities and neurological research; and the Ron Darling Foundation, which seeks to find a cure for diabetes. Previously, he served as chair of the northeast board of directors for the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation. In his free time, Mr. Pashcow enjoys playing golf, traveling, and playing ice hockey.
