Allan Tan Pei Loon

Biography

(Allan) Tan Pei Loon is a Malaysian entrepreneur, trainer, and philanthropist. He is a founder of Tween Training and Consultancy and EF Marketing which involves ICT, eCommerce, business training, and consulting.

Allan started to be involved in IT in the year 2012 with the intention of increasing profit, productivity, and the performance of business and people.

Prior to starting his own businesses, he has worked in Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, China, and Malaysia as a project manager in multinational companies for more than 12 years, handling multi-million projects works with tons of internal and external stakeholders during that periods.

Allan is a trained leader working in the field of human development, especially in the Information Technology and the engineering industry, helping people achieve higher productivity. He started his career as an engineer and poses vast experience in engineering design and thus currently provides mentoring on design thinking.

Academically, Allan holds an MBA and an honest degree in Mechanical Engineering. Other professional certificates such as project management professional, Cloud Solution Architect, training through Learning Management System. Through the vast practical experiences and studies, he understands better how businesses work with human capital.

Besides, he is also passionate about technology such as machine learning, IoT, and Online-Offline business operation, as he strongly believes that businesses not only have to train on soft skills but also need to adopt the latest technology, helps the business achieve higher productivity by having a more effective and efficient operation. He trains a wide range of technology, engineering, business, and management programs owing to his wide exposure to various industries. He is passionate about inspiring lives and transforming businesses and people for them to be able to stay competitive in today’s fast-changing market environment.

Besides work, he also actively participates in Non-profit organization for social contribution, such as:
