Allecia, formerly of Huron Consulting Group, is a social impact advisor, strategist, trainer, and facilitator on leadership and growth. She is an organizational consultant who helps leaders build high-performing teams that achieve their goals as the CEO and Principal Consultant for IntuWork.

Allecia oversees multidisciplinary project teams in strategic planning, program evaluation, leadership development and capacity building.

Prior work includes The Chicago Community Trust, The University of Michigan, Complete Care Management Partners, Volunteers of America, The University of Chicago, The Center for Health Affairs, and many others. She has worked as a consultant since 2005.

She volunteers on the boards of VOA Illinois, The Paula J. Brown Village Mentoring Group, and the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits.

She is a frequent speaker on the national stage discussing health equity and community engagement.

Allecia holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree from Spelman College.

She lives in Chicago with her husband, teenage son, and their dog, Cassius Clay, a boxer.
