I thought it would be in every college student's best interest to find new alternatives to eating (healthy) during the school year. The first two years that I attended college, I gained about 35 pounds -- I didn't even realize it happened! From having a few drinks on the weekend, eating Taco Bell, pasta, bread, to about any type of preservative -- it was destined to happen. It is unfortunate that I had no knowledge about how unhealthy food actually is. As my third year comes up for college, I'm going to take a journey to help me, and you, come up with healthy recipes and alternatives to eating! We will see results :) Thanks for looking at my blog!
