I have always been a man of varying interests--which played out in pursuing several different educational degrees. In various seasons, I have spent much of my time in prayer, reading & writing on the topic of followership (the complement to leadership), and exploring my sense of presence through photography. I have other interests, to be sure: classic literature and maritime fiction, film, mathematics, and the enneagram tool for personal growth.

Currently, I am a PhD student in Hebrew Bible/Old Testament, while also working for a Christian charity in the areas of personal and organisational development.

In Feb 2016, I published my first book, Embracing Followership: How to Thrive in a Leader-Centric Culture (Kirkdale Press), and my follow-up Discussion Guide for Teams & Small Groups in 2017.
