Let me re-introduce myself to you!

I am Jiselle Alleyne-Clement founder of Pearls of Great Price Empowerment Services, Ladies in Waiting and the Journey of a Queen. Agencies with a focus on LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, grounded on Kingdom Principles.

I have over 21 years of leadership experience, that allowed me to impact territories such as Trinidad & Tobago, Canada, Bermuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Suriname, Haiti, Jamaica and Guyana.

I have a Master of Library & Information Science; a Master of Organizational Leadership and Development and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Gender Studies with focus on Leadership Development in Female Christian Leaders.
