The most helpful strength that I learned I had is communication. Communication is being able to engage with people verbally or nonverbally in order to help them understand emotions or needs. I identify with this strength the most because I enjoy engaging with people and speaking to them. This strength gives me the ability to connect with other people and form relationships with people of all ages.

In the value assignment I had to cross off values to remove from my life leaving me with 5 values. From the values assignment I learned that spirituality is the most important value in my life. I realized a multitude of values are covered through my spiritual relationship with Jesus. This activity reminded me to always keep my spirituality because through that I will always have family, peace, love, joy, friendship, and so many more.

For the letter to myself assignment I had to write a letter to my future self describing where I was at during that point in my life and what I hoped for in the future. This assignment forced me to think about what is most important in my life and caused me to think about where I want to be years from now. That assignment definitely helped t develop my character as I understood more about who I am and who I want to be.
