Allison Burchett has found her home as the Director of Philanthropy for Bandit Lites in Knoxville, TN. Ms. Burchett's business management degree, and previous roles in politics and at the Clayton Foundation are the perfect formula for success in her current role. As Director of Philanthropy, Allison brings her love for non-profits, together with her unique understanding of all aspects of event management to help dozens of local charity organizations execute hundreds of different events each year. From early stages of planning through post-production, Allison handles every detail with flawless execution, allowing the organization to focus on what they do best, their mission--not putting on an event. Though offered positions at several individual charitable organizations, Ms. Burchett feels her calling is at Bandit Lites, helping as many organizations as possible, be as successful as possible by engaging other members of the Knoxville and Knox County community to be just as involved. Allison and Michael Strickland have a strong sense of community, both having been raised in East Tennessee, and graduates of Maryville College and the University of Tennessee, respectively. Giving back is extremely important at Bandit Lites, both professionally and personally, and one doesn't have to look far to find true servant leadership.
