Allison Davis-White Eyes currently represents Fielding Graduate University as Vice President of Diversity Equity and Inclusion. A seasoned scholar, she has dedicated her career and her life to embracing diversity and striving for social justice through community engagement. As someone who believes that community building starts with the individual, Davis commits a great deal of her energy to connecting person to person. Allison Davis-White Eyes is a professional with more than 30 years of experience maintaining active leadership roles in higher education administration. Revered for her scholarly research, Davis has contributed articles to numerous publications regarding such subjects as post-colonial cosmopolitanism, subaltern research ethics and decolonizing methodologies, intersectionality in theory and organizational praxis and queering of identity and space (to name a few). Davis is committed to empowering underrepresented and underserved communities. In her efforts to bridge the gap in access to higher education, the scholar has worked with numerous initiatives that echo this student-focused cause, such as The Education Trust.
