Fenner is an Oakland based artist with a degree in Performance Studies from UC Berkeley. Currently, a Performance Core Artist and development assistant with Ragged Wing Ensemble at The Flight Deck in Downtown Oakland. A founding member of Agile Rascal Touring Bicycle Theatre, she has also worked with with David Byrne and Mala Gonkar's Neurosociety, Theatre of Yugen, Naked Empire Buffon Company, Sf Fringe, Divafest, and many more bay area companies. She is an avid bike commuter, a clown, musician, director, deviser and collaborator.
